This meeting is specifically for coaches (maximum of 2 coaches per team). The meeting will provide a brief overview of events, discuss rules, introduce Directors and UICs and answer any questions about tournament play. Coaches will pick up their 3 coaches passes at this meeting
Team Representative Meeting
This meeting is for individuals assisting the coaches with administrative activities (maximum of 2 reps per team). The meeting will provide a detailed agenda for all activities including, skills competitions, gift exchange, pin trading, and any and all activities outside of playing the games in the tournament. Representatives will be responsible to share this information with the rest of their team.
